BOSE is known for the quality of their sound products, so their advertisements should reflect this quality. The original BOSE magazine ad was lacking in hierarchy, structure, and clarity. My redesign of the ad rectifies these issues by creating a clear message and call to action with a flowing placement of elements to help direct the viewers eye through the material.
This was a school project. My teacher advised me against taking the smart-ass route but I won her over when I showed her preliminary designs of my science magazine style spread.
